Mutual Cooperation on Digital Asset and RWA Trading Business
On the 7th, Busan Digital Asset Exchange (CEO Sangmin Kim) signed a business cooperation agreement with ZKRYPTO (CEO Hyun-ok Oh) for digital asset and RWA trading operations in Yeouido, Seoul.
Busan Digital Asset Exchange announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ZKRYPTO, focusing on mutual cooperation in digital asset and RWA trading operations.
In addition to the agreement, the two companies continued discussions on various topics, including the application and verification of ZKRYPTO technologies, in support of Busan Digital Asset Exchange’s goal of becoming a 4th-generation blockchain digital asset exchange.

ZKRYPTO plans to provide blockchain-based technology services and related cooperation to Busan Digital Asset Exchange in the future.
Sangmin Kim, CEO of Busan Digital Asset Exchange, stated, "By collaborating with ZKRYPTO, a company that has won the CES Best of Innovation Award for two consecutive years, we aim to operate a fair and transparent exchange that securely protects personal information."
Hyun-ok Oh, CEO of ZKRYPTO, commented, "We will actively share ZKRYPTO's experiences, including our secure token trading platform 'Fineapple' and proof-of-reserves services, with Busan Digital Asset Exchange, and will do our utmost to support the launch and growth of the exchange, as well as the protection of customer information."
ZKRYPTO is a blockchain technology company that has won the CES Best of Innovation Award for two consecutive years and received the Order of Service Merit, Red Stripes Medal, for its Zero-Knowledge Proof-based product, zkVoting.
Based on its technology in Zero-Knowledge Proof, ZKRYPTO has launched several services, including zkVoting, zkWallet, and the secure token trading platform 'Fineapple.' The company is actively collaborating with the National Election Commission, the Bank of Korea, and traditional financial institutions.
Notably, through its research with the Bank of Korea, ZKRYPTO has implemented solutions for anonymous remittances and AML/CFT cross-border remittances, based on privacy-enhancing technologies. zkVoting was also introduced at the CES opening event, where it was praised as a key technology for achieving "digital democracy."
Hyun-ok Oh, CEO of ZKRYPTO, added, "Zero-Knowledge Proof technology can be applied to various fields such as logistics, content transactions, and government services, and it can also enhance the quality of public services provided by the government. We will offer these technologies and collaboration expertise to Busan Digital Asset Exchange and work closely together for the growth of both companies."
As a 4th-generation decentralized digital asset exchange, Busan Digital Asset Exchange plans to secure a fair and transparent trading system while concretizing and implementing business plans to list and trade competitive RWA products.
Sangmin Kim, CEO of Busan Digital Asset Exchange, stated, "Busan Digital Asset Exchange will establish itself as a trusted digital asset exchange where investor protection is the top priority." He emphasized, "The public will be able to see the detailed execution plans of Busan Digital Asset Exchange at BWB2024, which will be held in Busan from October 28-29."
